FARLEIGH ROAD CAMPSITE
1. Admission
- Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
- All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
- Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
- Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during the booking process, may lead to refusal of admission and no refunds given.

2. Arrivals and departures
- CHECK IN: 1 PM. TO 8 PM
- CHECK OUT: BEFORE 11 AM
- Please respect the check in and check out times.
- In case you have any circumstances that force you to not be able to respect the check in and / or check out, please inform the management of the campsite immediately.
- Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your allocated pitch.
- No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
- Pitche will be allocated on arrival.
3. Changes to your holiday

- Bookings cannot be amended within 7 day(s) of arrival.
- Modifications are subject to a £15.00 fee.
4. Dogs
​
- Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised, and cleaned after, at all times while on premises.
- The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
- There is a designated toileting area for dogs.

5. Extras​
- Facilities/activities including Laundrette are subject to extra charges payable on arrival.
6. General Terms
- These terms & conditions are also available on our website. Please read them carefully.
- By placing your booking you are accepting these terms and conditions.
- The management of the campsite cannot be held responsible for loss or damage, howsoever caused, to personal property left unattended on the campsite premises.
- Bookings must not be for more than 14 consecutive nights.
- In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately.
- Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the campsite.
- Please note that the shower facilities are unisex.
- Quiet hours must be respected between 11:30 p.m. and 8 a.m..
- Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume.
- Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
- The food trailer is open between 01/06/2025 and 05/10/2025
- The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, when on premises.
- The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable.
- No refunds will be offered.
7. Occupancy
- No hen/stag parties.
- No disturbance to other guests is allowed or tolerated.
- This is a peaceful campsite.
8. Pitches
- A cable measuring at least 5 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
- Units should not be left unoccupied unless previously agreed with the management.
- Please speak to reception when the need arises, a fee may be charged for unsupervised units.
- You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.
9. Reception

10. Safety
- Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
- Firearms, long blade kinfes, machetes, swords, and other weapons are not permitted.
- Firepits are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
- Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.
- Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
- Open fires are prohibited.
- Please do not touch or feed the animals found on premises.
11. Taxes
- This area is not subject to city tax.
12. Vehicles
- Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are NOT PERMITTED on site.
- The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a touring caravan or a tent.
- If you wish to bring a car along with your motorhome/campervan please select the extra.
- The charging of electric vehicles is NOT PERMITTED on site.
- Twin axle caravans are NOT PERMITTED on site.
13. Visitors

- Visitors must register at the reception at arrival. Visitors must leave the premises by 10 p.m..
